As part of the AIDS at The New School: What is Remembered? exhibition created by Stan Walden, these 5 listening consoles were made by Scatter Practice to house and recount the oral histories of various witnesses, survivors, scholars, and artists regarding HIV/AIDS within the university and beyond.
The consoles are constructed entirely from repurposed plywood & hardware, friction-fit for easy disassembly.
Currently, the plywood used for this exhibition is on it's 5th life.
